(30) plus functions/services that will guarantee your success
in this emerging, ever changing telecommunications sector. These
services include;
- FULL
MARKETING SUPPORT, INCLUDING ADVERTISING, CALL CENTER, PROVISIONING
AND CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES, FOR BOTH CREDIT WORTHY AND CREDIT
CHALLENGED CUSTOMERS - RESIDENCE AND BUSINESS.

TRAINING relating to performing SUSPENSIONS AND RESTORALS
ON UNE CLEC LINES AT NO COST, which will reduce 'churn' by
a very significant amount and allowing CVTSP's to build their
subscriber base rapidly, without the typical loss of 50% -
90% per month of lost accounts that result from using the
ILEC Provided suspend/restore methods.

- CVTSP
will receive training related to RESPORG Services. This will
enable them to Offer Toll-Free Services with free intra-lata
calling, and low cost inter-lata calling.
- If
the CVTSP purchased a COTeL CVTSP-92 Call Routing/Switching
System. COTeL will prepare the configuration programs for
routing all calls so that they will be ROUTED via the Least
Cost Carrier with Maximum CABS.
A key
componet of the CVTSP program is our knowlege of competitive telecom
and the assistance that we provide in obtaining Competitive Local
Exchange (CLEC) Authority and Interconnections Agreements with current
ILEC(s). In addition as a CTVSP your company will have the capability
to realize Carrier Access Billing (CAB) and Type 92 Record Revenues.
CLEC Authority and it's associated revenue streams makes the difference
between Profit and Loss to VoIP Providers. It is a fact
that no major VoIP Provider with a positive cashflow exists today

and services with suppliers, which enables CVTSP's to successfully

on their behalf. COTeL continuously investigates new vendors for
CVTSP's, these vendors are also members of the CVTSP User Group,
our goal is to keep the costs of services and solutions as low
as possible for CVTSP's. Since 2005 COTeL publishes the bi-monthly
telecommunications newsletter "The LANTERN" that is
distributed via e-mail. The information provided within this newsletter
enable CVTSP's to have a "leg-up" on happenings within
the area of Competitive Telecommunications. In addition CVTSP's
will receive a subscription to a daily telecommunications newsletter
that is published by a vendor/partner company. We continuously
monitor all recommended vendors and quite often engage CVTSP's
in the evalution and testing of new products and services that
are being offered by our vendors. This along with our strick vendor
and vendor product/service offering evalution process ensure that
all our recommendations to CVTSP's are both leading and practical
technology solutions that work and will have a positive impact
on their bottom-line. COTeL provides Consulting Services to a
CVTSP, to effect the same successful end results that COTeL has
achieved for other CVTSP's, nationwide. In addition to sales &
marketing assistance, COTeL also help with negotiating Interconnection
Agreements with ILECs, daily operations assistance, billing and
collection management assistance, as well as inbound call center
services.

INTERNATIONAL
VoIP Telephony Service Provider (VTSP)
An
International VTSP can offer service to customers/subscribers
outside of the USA & Canada. They will be provided with the capability
to install a managed "COTeL VoIP PSTN Call Routing/Switching System
- COTeL CVTSP- 92 - (5000, 10000,20000)" with the features and
capabilities described above. This will enable them to service
subscribers inside and outside the USA. They will have the capability
to offer both a USA and a local (in-country) telephone number
to their subscribers, (They will also be able to earn CABS Revenue
on all inter-lata and international calls received on the USA
number, as well as outgoing calls to Toll-Free Telephone Numbers
in the USA and Canada). In addition, their subscribers will be
able to also enjoy the low international rates that are available
to them from the USA for all calls - including calls within the
countries where their subscribers reside! |
