We understand that, and for that reason we have a very comprehensive satisfaction guarantee that not only allows you to experience the digital quality of our service, but also allows you to experience the satisfaction of a much lower communications bill. You have the option of canceling your service within 10 days after receiving your first bill, and you will be credited for the equipment and all charges, other than usage charges. In some cases, depending on your billing cycle and the date you subscribed, you will have up to 45 days to cancel service regardless of your term commitment or subscription plan.
